The Tiger Within
A Path to Empowerment
This monthly coaching series is being offered to coincide with the Year of the Tiger in the Chinese lunar calendar. The Year of the Tiger connotes a period of fearlessness, power, sensuality and creativity. It is these inner traits we will be accessing and cultivating in our sessions, discovering and awakening our own tiger medicine to create a path to empowerment, freedom and prosperity.
We will explore what your ideal is for a peaceful, limitless and joyful life. Through meditation, energy consultation and writing, we will embark on a journey to discover what it is your soul is calling for you to create in this life and take measures to align with that truth.
Each week we will focus on a theme to help you align more deeply with your soul self and examine and clear the obstacles on your path that are keeping you disempowered and preventing you from manifesting a life of joy and abundance.
The sessions will include practices from different mystical and shamanic traditions; astrological consultation; meditation and energy balancing exercises to help you align your physical, mental and spiritual bodies; weekly phone consultations, along with other intuitive guidance and practices to help you embody the Tiger Within.
Each week there will be a 45-60 minute individual tutoring or coaching session in which we will look at the blocks to your growth and empowerment in your energy bodies. During this time, I will also offer energy healing to help you integrate the shifts you will be making and assist in bringing your energy systems into balance. Regular support and guidance through email correspondence will also feature as a part of this teaching series.
